Albaron Partners Acquires RMA of Michigan

New York, NY, and Detroit, MI, July 18, 2021 - RMA of Michigan, a Michigan-based regional leader in advanced fertility care, and Albaron Partners, LP, today announced that RMA of Michigan has been acquired by affiliates of Albaron and will become part of Innovation Fertility. Founder and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Brad Miller has retained a minority ownership stake.
