Debo Adesina Joins Albaron Partners as Partner and Chief Legal Officer

New York, NY, and Dallas, TX, February 1, 2020 - Albaron Partners, LP today announced an appointment within its senior leadership team.

Debo Adesina joins Albaron as Partner and Chief Legal Officer. Previously, Adesina served as a Partner at McGuireWoods LLP, where he was a leader in the firm's middle market private equity and M&A practices. He has extensive healthcare and life sciences transaction experience and represented Albaron on a variety of transactions since 2018. In his new role, he leads Albaron's Legal & Compliance department and serves as an active board member across portfolio companies.
